Refunds
We accept returns for any reason up to 30 days after delivery if the item is in original, unused condition (photos and/or videos required). A refund must first be authorized before an RMA number can be issued and freight for collection booked. You must re-pack the item and all accessories, tools etc in their original transit case or packaging.
Contact us when the items are ready for collection and supply at least 2 collection times and dates (must be standard business hours, excluding weekends). Upon receipt of collection advise, return freight will be booked and you be notified of the time and date.
Once the goods have been received and inspected and found to be in original condition a full refund (minus return freight costs) will be issued and processed using the origin payment method used for the initial purchase. Please note it may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear on your account.
Damaged or Defective Goods
In the event that your order arrives damaged or is defective in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with the name used to place the order, your order number and photos or video showing the issue or damage (including photos of the packaging for damaged goods).
We address these incidents on a case-by-case basis that may include a partial or complete refund, request to return for goods for repairs or exchange (at our cost) but rest assured we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The best way to ensure you get what you want in a timely manor is to return the item you wish to exchange for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new items.
