Processing
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Once the goods have shipped you will receive a shipping notification email.
Delays
Although we endeavour to meet our 3 day processing commitment occasionally there are delays beyond our control including high order volume, postal service delays, industrial action or international pandemics.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is only available via appointment. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and we will contact you via email when your order is ready and to arrange a date and time for collection. Appointments can be arranged between 10am and 6pm on standard business trading days in the state of Victoria.
International Shipping
International shipping can be arranged on a country to country basis. Please contact us for details and shipping rates.
How do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and a link to the tracking page of the freight supplier. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact with the name used to place the order and your order number and we will investigate it for you.
Refunds,Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return freight. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with the name used to place the order, your order number and a photo of the item’s showing the damage. We address these incidents on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
